rosyoutlook, preferred value can't be used here as I calculated very simply on MC only, 20Mil approx is the MC of UCL atm and is the value market putting on UCL. Ironically at the same time market is valuing Wonarah for less than 2 mil. And I got sucked in for Wonarah not Sandpiper in the first place, think about it, if Wonarah truly like what AD said "single largest Phosphate asset in the World" how can it be valued next to nothing. There must be sth we don't know, need to do more research. Anyhow, if the board and AD truly thinks MAK has been undervalued, put your money where your mouth is, even a little Direct Buying would be good for the SP. But all i want to know is updates of NMDC, why so difficult?
