I don't think anything will do well in coming years. Perhaps gold but not much else. Shares, Bonds and real estate will all fall.
I move my money between gold and cash. Speculate 30% on small caps thats it.
I am happy if I can conserve what I have in this deleveraging world.

IMO any leveraged investment atm is gambling at the extreme.
