I agree with you James. Had CDU not had a counter punch with the buybacks , the manipulation of the bot trading and unredeemed on market shorting would have dragged the company down to levels where to raise funds would have resulted in great dilution.

Wayne was fortunate to have the unused capital to embark on buyback programs and astutely reissue the bought back shares at a premium.
