Dookie tells us that:
"The key word was 'approximately' two weeks ie give or take a week."
Not sure where you picked up on the Malaysian word for "approximately" ?
The only references I can pick up in the Newspapers - all of which gave exactly the same quote.

That's pretty clear to me. No "approximately" in statement.

On the other hand ... "within two weeks" may just be a local term for "when I'm ready and Najib gives me the green light".
