Yes, from now on, I'm not thinking when can the tol come out.
Ongkili said he will make decision within 2 weeks, probably he has made the decision already. But there's no idea when can he release his decision to public. So tomorrow when some medias ask him about his decision. He will respond " I have made the decision, but my decision has to be discuussed first, i will let you know within two weeks."
