    Good point, so if Exergen walk away from the BM JV because they get a coal allocation in the LV, what other technologies are there available to MNM for them to beneficiate the in ground brown coal?

    Is it not true that if Exergen don't come to the party then all of MNM's BM brown coal is better off where it is, in the ground?
