An EBA is a legally binding contract, it cannot be legally broken.
I think the engineers are locked in for several years, there will be no further action by them.
It is interesting to note that as soon as their EBA was signed, mass redundancies were announced by management.
This is something that unions were fighting to stop with their EBA.
I am tired of your one eyed union bashing posts.
