West Africa is strategically and geo poltically VERY important for the Chinese. The amount of Chinese $ to date and pledged for future infrastructure projects is enormous. i am disappointed too, would have loved to see a JV partner and invest long term in this, but it HIGHLY unlikely to occur now. Hanglong imho as I have stated from day 1 is going to get this at a dirt cheap price.Happy t be wrong - but many on here are living in dream land thinking a JV is a real possibility.
