Hi Guys, call me stupid, however a colleague of mine rang the company earlier to ask why an annc was not put out to the market on the appeal being withdrawn and the company has been advised by their legal people not to ??? (all part of the games obviously with Heathgate/Quasar)

HOWEVER... they were OK with releasing the May 2 annc about an appeal being lodged, which saw the sp come off in a big way.

what the fruit loop, is going on here ??? explain it to me like I am a 6 yr old at best, lol...
