    I'm voting NO

    Remember Andy Beckwith and Michael Atkins hold sizeable stakes. These guys will protect their own self interests when it comes to the crunch. A no vote won't affect the viability of WGR going forward. Not going to get fooled by any MLX/WGR bluff in the post
