Logically, the more they wait,the more expensive it will be to buy the business or at least part of the business.
With Soul Pattinson on board as major owners of ruralco, capital is not a problem.
I suspect the strategy is to talk to Bollard and Jackman and see how friendly or flexible they would be to various proposals.
Its seems Cba is all over this. They obviously see a lot of fees and capital gain in this.
