... Who is Petroleum Nominees ? Who are the shareholders ? Palmer is one and the front man ... are there others ? who are they ? we don't know do we ... like Minerology, like Wesi, like Petroleum Nominees ... everything is hidden behind the facade of a private company ...

(this doesn't go directly to your observation, but it just struck me that we are all assuming that Petroleum Nominees is a Colin Palmer exclusive investment vehicle and it may not be ?)
