At the risk of boring the other forum members, I'll make one final clarification to answer your last post :-

I wasn't saying that the SP maniplulation would specifically be done by Nkwe or DRA ... I was suggesting that a fixed qty share deal between DRA and Nkwe would be suitable, in case there was any market SP manipulation ( by ANY interested party/s ) which would distort the SP and thereby affect the number of shares that DRA would receive.

Let's move on now, and hopefully we'll all be discussing some actual deals ( BFS, DFS, JV, Takeover, ??? ) very soon.
