Now today would be the day to have an announcement.
It's a crazy world. Last night based on nothing more then rumors of stimulus. A US comment operation twist "could" continue. (short term bonds for long term)and another comment that not every one agreed that Euro interest rates should stay at 1%
Completely bipolar, but interesting to watch.
