The central bankers (see book below) have stepped in early to prop markets, the QE3 talks were due in August/September, but they realize we were in dire trouble, well done planners, next up leg can begin.
Hopefully they can formulate the Euro-bond also,the ECB openly stated they were ready to support last night also (ties in well with the US central planners action)
