Hauled over the coals might be an understatement. If the hedge funds and arbitrage traders really own about half of the issued stock, they will be easily able to get an EGM going and turn the company upside down, hopefully including motions to eradicate the performance options, or actually replace management and board completely.
FMS management have managed to be lured onboard pirate ship with promises of treasure, and are now lining up to walk the plank IMO.
