Timing is an issue and it can comply with the law.
I believe all we might agree on CB is Askin and the board has to go, but the Palmer solution is not a solution and certainly not in the best interest of shareholders...especially the proposed board composition.
What's more important..choosing between two evils or looking for a better solutions?
There is always a way to do things ever if you have to lose the battle, you can still win the war.
