You cant micro-manage. You stick to one sector mainly ex o&g. You stick to the smaller stuff generally too small for the pros. to be concerned with. That is where the bargains are.
You consider the views of a good anaalyst ex. St. An. And you pay attention of all posting far & against on H.H. After about 10 years you may start to make winning bets.
fully diluted mkt cap seems high imho, page-47
