    Morning A

Was wondering when you'd stick your head above Fort ESI's parapet and aim a salvo at Camp MNM!

Not certain of these "misrepresentations" you refer to, basically Q's have been asked of MNM which have been replied to...on the other side Q's have been asked of ESI and many still remain unanswered.

So, "in good faith", I thankyou for your post.

It is brilliant that ESI is in "good faith negotiations" with Monash for financing...I really hope it comes off...all BCE hopefuls need backers to finance their techs and reach commercialisation. None in this BCE tech space would be excluded from that, thankfully MNM is not in that space.

I think the crux of my Q still remains unanswered. So if Monash do cough up the $50 million, how will this be financed ie paid for by ESI?

Will it be through share dilution and if so, will that be at a discount to the SP at the time? If it was today, divide $50 million into the current SP and that would be an issue of 2.5 billion shares on top of the existing fully diluted 3 billion shares!

If they are to be paid through royalties - what will these royalties be - 5%, 10%, other? If 5%, that would equate to $1 billion in royalties recieved! How many years before ESI would realise $1,000,000,000 in cash?

I can assume that Monash are not just going to hand over $50 million "in good faith" and not expect this returned in a specific timeframe and with interest.

Anyway, $50 million investment is getting ahead a little, I believe there is a $4 million placement coming? Let's tick that one off first.

How many shares are Monash recieving for this intial $4 million investment? What price were these shares issued at? Wasn't the $4 million meant to be deposited "in good faith" within 5 days after the AGM?

A, just like D234 and M20 before you and now you, some of the above are pretty straight forward Q's...if you could take the time and decency to answer them to your best knowledge, I'd appreciate it.

Whatever you may think, I am interested in ESI and hope they turn out a winner. At this stage, I have read and seen nothing that compels me to invest for the LT.

One article mentioning "pellets or briquettes" is not enough evidence that ESI is the company referred to. I mean WEC make BCE briquettes!

Someone else mentioned Coldry is the only BCE product that can travel without combusting - so the article must be referring to ESI! Did that 2000 tonne BCE shipment ever sail for that test burn? How many km's has Coldry BCE clocked up over the years?

Get that $4 million cash banked, get DFT's done, get the Coldry module up and running, get AGL's LY on board, get royalties established without further massive share dilution and I think you have a winner.

    All the best.

    Cheers K
