Not a good thought No1stockguru.
Considering NXS and Shell voided the 3 year contract extension option which was to be signed by end of last year, then extended into 2012. If the deal is not approved, CRUX is worth Nil to any thrid party. Its too late to devevelop (window too small until handover)and hence no Partner could be found due to the noose that Shell has over the development.
From memory, that extension document cost about $500k to create.
I dont think the new CEO is an M&A guy, so I doubt he would be architecting any deal.
