i don't see what that would achieve.
i'm pretty sure NG will resolve their finances and then its back to business. he's obviously given himself until tuesday which suggests he already has a plan.
unlike what SS said, they are not insolvent. yes, they have minimal funds, but they will operate until their next lot of funds is secured, and then its business as usual. i'm in align ment with quinty that i think the chinese will pony up with the cash, but who knows, maybe something else in mind.
