Ausheds: I greatly appreciate the insights you have posted. I have underestimated the sovereign risk involved in my Lynas investment. The political issues that have revolved around the issuance of the TOL for the LAMP have been very difficult to unravel. The obvious advantages of the LAMP and lynas to the Malysian economy have clouded my investment posture. I thought that economic advantages to the country would prevail and the TOL would be issued rather quickly. I was wrong! Political factors have outweighed the economic benefits. How to decipher political thinking in Malaysia regarding the timing of the TOL has been challenging. The claim against the AELB I thought would have been rejected in short order. If the claims had any teeth, I thought they would be recognized and corrected by now. We do not have a clear understanding of the current situation and thinking in Malaysia, do we. Resolution of the TOL issue has to be addressed and settled. Until then the share price will languish and potentially fall even more. Those who are basing their investment decisions on a risk versus reward basis will probably be buying more shares at this juncture. There has to be a fathomable base on the share price. Is it $.80/share? Whatever it is I want to hold my shares now thinking that the share price will definitely be higher within the next month!!!!!!
