Mate I have reallocated all my investments into IndoChine so Im constantly researching the economics of the mineral ore it has as a JORC resource, gold and silver as well as its actual company specific milestone achievements it is completing with its Mt Kare gold mine.
Doesn't mean there aren't other stocks that are going to be cracking stocks once the Chinese crank up their stimulus measures all the boats will lift as the tide lifts. I'm using economic fundamentals and what has happened every time during history of significant financial crisis and money printing to the price of gold T+2 Year to T+8 Years from the initial QE or money printing. The use of gold bullion is the only way all these countries will be able to stabalise their financial systems, hence its current price will be a new floor in 12 months time for a spike above $2000/oz.
Back in 2009 everyone was laughing at me when I said gold will break $1000/oz when it was $650/oz and had doubled in as little as 12-18 months. It is now $1580-1650/oz! I'll repost this in 12 months and we'll see if what I am saying comes true.
We are fortunate in Australia to have such a breadth of companies to invest in, especially our miners. Throughout history it has been minerals, both precious metals as in gold silver platinum, energy as in coal and oil, as well as construction minerals such as iron ore copper nickel zinc that has brought immeasurable wealth to societies exposed to them.
Since I am heavily focussed on researching IndoCHine Mining, I feel more comfortable posting about the company on HC.
