Kincella - I agree that we may never know the truth about Thomson's legal bills.
I am very curious to know WHO is paying them now. He could not afford to pay for the Fairfax matter. So how can he (as an independent) afford to pay for current and on-going legal bills.
Once the whole HSU debacle gets to court, his bills will increase markedly. QCs don't come cheap.
