As an old codger I have certainly noticed locals concerned about the poor performance of our sharemarket - self funded retirees have copped a fair old whack!
From what I see Victoria is very patchy - some of our local cockies are wearing big grins whereas some local manufacturers have gone belly up.
Of concern locally is that neither our Federal MP nor our state MP appear to be doing anything of substance to help - both are just mouthing Tony Abbott's negativity while Sophie Mirabella's attitude to the NBN probably contributed to our relegation to the rear end of even that queue.
