reckon the shorters will move in soon & send it down to
about 45c,not unlike asciano a few years ago.then the takeover offer will come.
i work in the trucking industry & as with qantas the cost
of fuel is killing many good companies.
qantas fuel bill was an extra $700m well that needed to be recovered otherwise you get what is happening now minus $500m from last year.
i understand the international arm is bleeding the cash but as i said that extra $700m forked out for fuel had it been recovered then qantas would of made about $200m.
whoever was in charge of the fuel levy SHOULD BE SACKED.
