It does show in the headline. It's just a question of whether you believe the headline. I went to the Dunn and Bradstreet website and couldn't find any survey finding to match the header. Perhaps I didn't look hard enough. Or perhaps our economy would be in recession rather than growing above trend if there really was a 95% fall in start ups and 48% business bankrupcy rate.
