The only major things I can think of that still have to be finalised are the approval for the construction of the CDU owned multi purpose multi user rail facility at Cloncurry and the purchase of a back up electricity supply system in case of a problem in the main grid.

Now that the Port of Townsville approval for construction of the CDU ship loading facility is in place, it should not be long before there is further news on that front.

Wayne is not sitting back either. The exploration drilling continues apace and the newly acquired area over the next twelve months is also to be drilled. Whether he finds another Las Minerale remains to be seen but he is giving it his best shot.

You say "the end is near" . I take it from that you are referring to the mine start up and not to the exploration as , from Wayne's comments, there was 10 years exploration drilling ahead not counting the newly acquired area.
