Hey Rizz I agree with a lot of what you are saying. Many property investors and home owners do not have the skills to make real money. The mental bit plays a big part and like any game the more you play it the more you realise there is to learn. One of the biggest problems is finding the right type of investment to suit the individual. Spec shares may suit some, Defence housing real estate may suit others. Good stuff.
