I know one thing, it's very hard to find good young staff that aren't over-confident and willing to come in at the bottom and work hard.
I don't know if it's the school system or parents blowing unnecessary wind up the backsides of their own kids but there's a problem somewhere in the chain. Better to have more confidence than none but i see a difference from ten years ago. The girls are too head strong and won't take advice or direction and the young blokes are more interested in their hair and biceps to give a damn about anything serious. This leads to changing jobs frequently and never getting any job satisfaction and ALWAYS chasing more money. Confidence in my opinioin should be gained from hard work and achievement yet these kids walk out of school and into workplaces like there 20 year veterans . Maybe it's the parents too busy out there worrying about the property portfolio and buying affection, spoiling them to death creating false self-esteem, or being handed $30,000 first home deposits. Anyway most ofthem when you scratch the surface are often fragile individuals with too much front.
