I hope i will be able to help my kids with a deposit for their house,that's my plan.
Where they want to buy is up to them. If it's Muckenbooden they wont need to borrow much if it's Jutland parade they have won lotto and they wont need my money anyway..
Always leave them something to pay off so they can understand that nothing is for free.
My father bought a house for my Brother as he was never going to be able to save a cent and had no concept of saving money. His daughter now has a house at the age of 3 as he and his partner both died in accidents a year apart.
Our plans don't always work out and kids will grow up to be what they will be. We can only hope they grow up to be good people and that is really up to them...
