I know that the PSC is not needed for the decision but considering its already been delayed so long in general, it would only make sense if the decision did come out after they have exhausted every other avenue.

After the PSC, their is no other explanation or reason they can use for not releasing information or the final decision in regards to the TOL.

So personally going by that, i have given the rough outlines IMO of what i expect the SP to do over this week.

As for Lynas putting pressure on the government to try fast track the issues, i wouldn't hold my breath on it, i think Lynas themselves regret investing in Malaysia & now are fully aware that they have no control nor can they make a difference over their. But they have gone to far and have spent way too much money to try back out, further risking more expenses without money coming back into the company.

But at the end of the day, Malaysia has already ruined their reputation for inviting "foreign investors" and if they ever again want to see another company invest money into their economy, they would want to fix things fast & give very good reasons behind all of this nonsense.
