What is bothering me is that this is "temporary", the TOL being issued then not operational is ridiculous in itself. I have no idea when Lynas will become operational but the SP should see a move to the $1.30-$1.50 range within a week of announcement. Lynas's silence is concerning but it's hard for me to imagine them being left out the loop. Let's hope the decision is made and now it's just political exploitation of the opposition going on now.
