The company has continuously disclosed that they will be re-listing last November, and that seems to be contemporary enough for the ASX and the regulator.

Oh yeah, CMR also seems to be looking for a director... maybe I should nominate my dog. He would do a much better job - "sit - good dog". I don't actually own a dog and the fact that an imaginary dog could do a better job pretty much sums up the situation perfectly.
