Would 40c swing it or as I outline 32.5cents but RHL management and huge synergy.
I cannot answer for anyone who only has ORDS as I have as mixture. I think 32.5c is below what I would settle for if I only have ORDS but then again I am getting to the point of wanting new management so maybe 32.5c plus a good business model is great. I dont see the RHL model as a problem as you can sell the existing ELD business to the independent or in the alternative buy the independent and/or merge the branches. I see so much upside for both its really good and hence why I am even suggesting that many in ELD would settle for 32.5c if they could just see upside.
However if you only hold ords is this a good deal?
