1)From my experience the options never expired as long as you remained in the employ of the company. But conditions associated with executive options packages vary. Maybe you should call the company and ask the question.
That may be correct in other companies, BUT in CTP case I think you will find all employee oppies have an expiry date,
I know that JH had oppes that have already expired .
