Unfortunately wrong again.
For him to be able to exercise his options the share price must reach the following points:
Tranche 1 - 15c
Tranche 2 - 20c
Tranche 3 - 29c
So he cant even use his options until he gets our shareprice up to 15c for the first lot, 20c for the 2nd and 29c for the third.
They are by no means "in the money". They are effectively worthless unless RC gets our company to the point that the shares are worth 2-3 times what they are worth now.
If RC doubles my money, I'm happy to let him BUY 3.5% of the company.
If he triples my money, then let him buy the remainder of the 10%.
Remember he still has to PAY FOR THE SHARES. He's not getting anything for free.
