And yes the final 'book cooking exposure' that bought down the whole house of cards was out of 30 Johnston Rd Bulimba QLD.

Key people in that building, who in their minds, thought they knew EVERYTHING about the A/C and building service game in fact actually knew very little and many outsider could see that - despite all the bluster from the Hastie 'Bulimba Boys Club'.

The trouble is while they had no substance (all the hard, good yakka being done by upper middle management engineers / project managers etc. who had the sense to bail ship in 2011 and early 2012) the upper management where KINGS OF SPIN but nothing much else. If that was replicated in other parts of the Hastie operation Bill Wilds problem could of been a failure to see or cut through that, simple fact is he should of trust no one.

Shocking thing is many of the 'Bulimba Boys Club' have talked their way into other companies already, Allegedly ones even acting as a contract P.M. (how the mighty have fallen) to one of the Hastie operations still going (sale in the winds). God save them is all I can say !!!
I and others on here did try to warn people - We ran the warning flags high up the poles over many months but where accused of having agendas etc etc. .... well guess what we didn't … we just knew our sector inside out and could cut through the Hastie B.S. I fact those who have been around long enough will tell you the Hastie model and actions were almost an exact carbon copy of the TYCO disaster many years back.
The Hastie / TYCO plan = expansion and world domination of the building services sector by overpriced acquisitions- no centralisation and true control of operations – result disaster – the pair make perfectly matched book ends.

I have noticed many stock holder writing up their losses here ..... The very sad thing is that most of those losses are a drop in the ocean to what many small sub-contractors have lost - I know one pipe work contractor in S.E. Qld into Hastie for 350K alone - He is totally stuffed and we have very real concerns for his personal wellbeing among others.

Bill's probably tucked away back at the Gold Coast and may head off to Tedder Avenue for a spot brunch later on ..... let's just pray some out there, literally on the edge finding it all to much, don't try to end it all while Bill's munching on his bruschetta and taking a swig of his cappuccino.

Lesson to anyone ever considering a roll such a Bill Wild put his hand up for. -
Thing like this are not a game - and should be treated in manner like peoples lifes depend on it.
Because simple fact is .... peoples lifes do depend on it.
