The PSC report will be tabled - supposedly - tomorrow, the 14th, and debated on the 19th - next week.

The tenure of the PSC lasts until the 18th July, although I'm not sure what function it would serve once past the debate.

Maybe just to handle any responses?

As for Ongkili making his decision public - who knows if or when that is likely to happen? Maybe that will be at the same time or meeting on the 19th?

Of course, we're all guessing, and the goalposts keep shifting, as mentioned by Nick Curtis previously.

This can't be doing any good at all for Malaysia's reputation as a place to invest.

I really think that Lynas need to start ramping up the pressure with a bit more publicity across the media that gets read by the investment and financial community, such as Bloomberg, Reuters, AAP, etc..
