100% sure it is good news.
The right question is: how much good?
Safety is not an issue, if the results are close to the Phase 2a we are in heaven, talking about an acquisition around 300 mill at least (which is 10x the actual cap).
If the results are only "good" (reduction of hospitalization, corticosteroid and antibiotics use but by a smaller number), we will be looking for a JV, which is enough to at least double the actual cap.
Small number of shares, most of them in the hands of long term holders... Friday will be fun to sit and enjoy the run.
