It's a tough time to nudge share-prices up. Treading water seems to be a pretty good outcome for many stocks IMO. Global uncertainties make it dead easy for manipulators to do their thing while small-time investors and Mums and Dads(I'm ticking those boxes) all run around screaming that the sky is falling.
NSL have started down a road with some clear cut progression available having gotten away from the uncertainty and waiting of wishy-washy MOU's etc. Hopefully the team that Cedric has put together in India can work well together and slowly grind out some progress, lifting grades and output while the board keep working on the coal sweetener.
