It seems that his remuneration increases even though he is no longer fhe CEO and moves to a BD role. Package reported @ $447k, if I am not mistaken.

Lets not forget, the new ceo @ $600k fhe chairman @ $215k and the deputy chairman at $ 94 k ( from last annual report )... apologies if I am missing something. Don't quite understand why a deputy chairman is required ??

I would have thought that the Independent Directors would have moderated a little more given the present market conditions.
