I doubt if they will try a placement this Fin Year.
There have been quite a lot of shares traded recently but at 2-3c this is a penny dreadful and only petty cash in being wagered.
There may be some tax loss selling before 30 June which could drive it even lower and perhaps they will ramp in back up in July and try a placement then.
A placement at say 1.5 cents will need a huge number of shares to raise any real money.
If PPY is worth anything at all surely someone would soon buy control for next to nothing and possibly move it to Egypt or delist it back to a private company where it is not in public view.
