I am not a finance person, but I will have a crack at some operating costs... it may take take a while though 'cause I need to do some research for ball-park costs.
Looks like :
1-2 Front end loaders to load trucks, depending on bucket capacity.
10 x road trains ( assuming 120t each)each doing 3 x trips/day ( >900k/days each.
1-2 Front end loaders to load containers at the port end.
Maybe a truck-stop fuel station is the go!!!!
