re: Ann: Update on Strategic Review of Retire... Stayer, Speaking of a finger in too many property and development pies,I wonder what FKP shareholders think of the company's investment less than 2yrs ago in Port Bouvard Ltd (PBD). Bought in at 13c (175 mill.shares for $22.7 M) Today those shares are down to 1.3 cents.FKP dropping about $20.5M. Future looks uncertain for PBD with their property assets performing as liabilities. Huge further investment will be required to turn their assets into a profitable product. In my opininion there are very considerable risks involved in this project. (See HotCopper (PBD))
