    The market repsonse to todays announcement was simple.

    NKP have announced they COULD have a project.
    They haven't announced that they SHALL have a project.


    Belief is still required at this point.


    Watch for the announceent on a deal/funding and the markets perspective will change substantially.

    Until then, it is just happy times.
