May be way off track here but the 15 in the control group weren't they enrolled?.....and therefore as they did not receive CVAC during the trial they are now going to be provided with CVAC at no cost........and monitored in a new trial?
From memory, Prima always said that if anyone in the trial who was not given CVAC.....who then relapsed.....would be given the vaccine....
