There is more to this than meets the eye. PB didn't spring exorbitant software charges on AP at the last minute. The tender process began months ago. AP would have known the cost BEFORE they ordered 7 more. So why order more? Why continue to install those as they will have to pay for a second platform, integration, servicing, maintenance, pay for removal and disposal?, find another company and go through testing/customization only to miss out on XMAS rush and therefore incurr usual overload costs and wrath.
I've a feeling that this is all at the negotiating table.
As for other apps, what about the Malaysian BAT vans..lol?
