"Look at the SP trend. From 50c to 32c (Private Placement) to 20c downtrend is an insider trading in my opinion. Without any news, most shareholders would have stay put."
With respect, tck, I disagree.
In the absence of positive news, speculative stocks like
TZ tend to drift lower because they are burning cash...
until (if) they can become cash flow positive, they are
drifting towards raising more capital at lower and lower
prices.
TZ was in a huge downtrend for 2 years prior to its
suspension (alarm bells anyone?), and since re-instatement
it has resumed its journey south, save for a couple of
flurries, one no doubt inspired by the appointment of a
celebrity chairman.
Most people look at the chart/ SP and at some stage cut
their losses. Only a small hardcore group will hold a stock
all the way to zero.
And, no, I don't own, nor have I ever owned, TZ limited.
But I thought I'd give you an outsiders perspective on
why the SP doesn't hold up. Cash burn.
OK, hurl the rotten tomatoes now.
