Buy or Sell? Interesting question we SDL holders been thingking about of late. I still have not made up mine yet!

The fundamental in the resource SDL held wearing thin, especially with this TO and the activities of late. The C/R, the leak and most importantly the "dark" from mgmt, are enough for any SDL believers to sell and move on.

On the other hand, if you believe in long-longer term, the need for iron ore worldwide (not just China), then we will not loss and may be a lot more to gain (with this T/O fails). If and only if you can ignore the SP for the time being easy say then done).

I will endeavour to enjoy life while trying to adopt the later option.
